Speed camera warning no longer working.

I have noticed that my speed camera warning countdown has stopped working, not sure when this happened. I still get the verbal warning and I get a faint 'ding' as I cross the camera, but no longer do I get the countdown or frantic dings if I am overspeed.
I have looked everywhere in the configuration and can't find any setting, I do have the latest software update.
