Aside from pulling mine out and physically checking it, is there a list of ECU part numbers that one could use for their particular Stinger ECU tune?

I’m thinking if I decide to go the ECU flash route I’d like to keep my original stock and have a backup that would have the tune loaded on it.

No you need to check what part number you have.

It's very simple, take the little 3 clips of the ECU cover located on the driver side engine bay. With you phone(Make sure flash in on) take a picture of the back of the ECU and then read your part number.

You don't need to pull out the ECU, not sure where you got that info from.

There are existing threads on this, including part numbers, but you would be wise to check yours before ordering.

Note they have to be coded to your vehicle (VIN) - so make sure whatever tuner you chose can do that.
