This is not a joke: it's what I saw (and saved) years ago in a magazine, accompanied by a picture of the front of the building where it was displayed over the windows.
It means: "St. Mary's Church in the Hollow of the White Hazel Near to the Rapid Whirlpool of Llantysilio of the Red Cave."
This predated computers (at least in my life). But, lo, and behold, Wiki has an article on it: Llanfairpwllgwyngyll - Wikipedia
I wonder if there is still a Volvo dealership there?
