Side Trim Hook loose? For rear cover/parcel shelf

Anyone able to check and tell me is your hook for the boot cover string tight and snug or have some room to move in and out (but no spin)? The part number should be 85721E, SKU 817321K000WK.

Not sure is it suppose to be loose and is it about to break.

Both of mine are snug: I just took the cover out and put it back in twice this week (carting a bicycle to the shop for some maintenance). I'm guessing since yours is loose but not removable that these are screwed into place from the inside of the hatch window surround piece.
