Side Skirt Chip Fix/Cover Question

So I recently noticed a battle wound on the driver side side skirt of my baby. Wondering if anyone has any ideas on what should be done. I'm debating just covering it with the M&S skirts but wanted some opinions first. I just want to make sure the area is protected and hide it the best I can. Apologize for the dirty pic, dusty midwest roads are a nightmare.

The M&S skirts may cover it. I can tell you from experience the Maxton Design skirts will not.

Yea this is what I'm worried about. Worst case scenario I'm sure I can hide it fairly well with the right touch up job but I wouldn't mind having some skirts anyways, assuming the M&S ones actually cover it.
