Shocked that the new 2022's are here already

I know sometimes car companies are a bit vague about release dates but unless I was sleeping the last 2 months I did not think 2022 refresh would be here right now. Had I known that I would have waited another month or two before getting my 2021 GT1. Not that I would have paid more for the 2022 but I would have paid less for my 2021.
They snuck one in here. Yes there was chatter and photos but there was no indication that it would be in stock this soon that I saw out there. If anything I thought the new G70 would have been here first. There was way more out there on that car and I heard it was delayed due to Covid shipping etc.

Thoughts?

The new G70 won’t hit for a while. The stinger has always been before the G70 it came out first.

Yes, a few months ago, the skuttlebutt was that the refresh would be out in the US sometime in 2021 or early 2022. Looks like "they" were off by a whole year.
