Hello all. New to forums. I am considering a Stinger so that I can realistically move 4 people around. The stang, however, has surprisingly good truck space and I can move a road bike with the seats down. Also thinking of Volvo S60 due to classic good looks. But for the money I probably could get more from a Kia. Do you like the hatchback design of the Stinger? Can you mount a bike rack on the back with straps. Thanks to all

There are racks available for the Stinger for mounting on the back and the roof. I have dropped the seats and put mine in with no issues.

@PSUpony I've also considered the Mustang 2.3l. It is the exact same price over here for a fully loaded Mustang and a fully loaded Stinger 2.0l.
I ended up with the Stinger mainly because of the interior feel, ergonomy and technology. The Mustang felt a little bit cheap and outdated.

I've had a couple of Ecoboost rentals over the past few years, and that was always my impression. They don't feel like near $40k cars (for the upper trim most rental companies keep). They're badly in need of a refresh at this point. The Stinger is no luxury car, but the materials and tech actually feel like the price point.

As to the room, the Stinger is no wagon, and it's not even going to be as capable as some of the more boxy hatchbacks (I've had a 65" TV in the box inside a Golf R), but it's definitely on par with a typical fastback like the Mustang. With a little bit extra ease of entry due to the entire liftback door opening.
