I just put ADD w1 BOVs on my 2023 Stinger GT2 AWD. After a couple days I stopped hearing them. In the beginning they were loud and made your typical BOV pshh. I replaced the vacuum lines, still no sound. I replaced the vacuum lines with thicker walled tubing thinking they were collapsing. I still don’t hear them under load. If I rev in idle and let go of the gas I can hear them purging, and when I put my foot back on the gas I can hear them stop purging, but only at idle and never under load. I’m thinking of putting the stock recirculating valves back on and leaving them in a vent to atmosphere configuration. Could it be the BOVs or is it my boost solenoid? Under load I’m still makin boost on the boost gauge and I can hear the turbos spool as normal. I’ve also tried adjusting the tension screw, and I’ve lubed the BOVs. Help is appreciated.IMG_0256.webp

1) Are those clamps too far over on all sides of the tee fitting causing a restriction?
2) You might need to take both off an examine inside to see if the internals are shifted/stuck.

Clamps have been replaced. No audible leaks. I already pulled the valves off and lubed then and manually actuated them. As far as I know they are in working order.
