Rumble noise on start up

I just recently added cpi and an Intercooler to my Kia Stinger GT. The car runs perfectly fine with zero performance issues or codes. But randomly around 1 week after installing those 2 it started making a rumbling noise on start up and when at idle it makes a weird tapping noise as well, I don’t know if there is any correlation between the 2 but I thought I might as well add that information. One bit of information I do believe has a correlation is I had to replace the fuel like that runs to the engine bay, but while doing that there was a metal piece that the fuel line ran through and I just took that off as a whole because it was a pain in the ass to reinstall. But my guess is on start up the fuel line is shaking and it’s hitting something which is in return causing that noise, but I don’t know why it would just randomly start which is why I’m confused. Please let me know if any of y’all experience this or have an idea of what it could be.
