I just purchased the Alcantara replacement arm rest from K8. Replacing the shifter part of the console is a 'piece-of-cake. Replacing the rear of the console [arm rest]... Not so much! If any of you have some SUCCESSFUL experience in doing this, your input would be greatly appreciated.
