Remote start

Anyone else have any trouble with their remote start? I have a 2022 GT2 and it will fire up but most times will turn off randomly. Sometimes it turns off by itself within 1 minute so it’s definitely not because it’s on too long. Any help is appreciated!

Right now I’m using the key fob. I’ve heard of the Kia connect app but haven’t used it before.
