So I purchased the unit and completed the installation today. Remote start works perfectly. I'm really happy about this come next summer since I'm in AZ. But I ran into an issue that I've not seen anyone mention before that I could find. The proximity lock/unlock wasn't working. I verified dip switch settings were correct, I rewatched the video on their website and verified I was enabling it correctly. Still, no matter what I did the prox lock wasn't working. I emailed support and got a response within a few minutes!
Kudos to MyKeyPremium support! There is a "welcome" message setting in the driver's menu of the car. It needs to be enabled for the prox lock top to work. Once I turned that setting on, the proximity function worked!
Just thought I'd pass that along in case anyone else runs into that issue.
