Receiving Texts

I purchased a 2023 Stinger in august. I previously owned another stinger. I was able to receive texts in my previous car but can’t in my new one. I’m sure it’s a simple setting. But where?? Can’t seem to find out how to enable texts.

when you pair your phone with the car, wait a few seconds and then message and contacts permissions pop up for you to allow. if its not that, then check for software updates on your phone. if its not that, contact kia customer service. thats all i got.

or unpair and re-pair via bluetooth, no cord. and then vice versa if that doesnt work.
