Rear turn signal glitching. Dash light on

Hi I just purchased a pre owned 2018 Premium a few weeks ago. The car has been amazing except for one issue. When the left turn signal is on, I immediately receive an alert to check the turn signal. This alert appears and flashes multiple times at a stop light along with an anonnoying charm.

I had my sister drive the car so I could follow behind. The signal flashes normally for a couple of seconds and then glitches/stutters. After it glitches, it either doesn’t come back on or flashes normally and repeats. We were on the phone, and I could hear that the alert was in sync with each visible “glitch”.

The triangle light has been staying on for a couple of minutes way after the turn is complete and the signal is off.

Any suggestions? Or is this a contact the dealer situation? lol

I think it just uses a standard bulb, I'd check it to see if it's loose, or just replace it... if that doesn't correct it, then I would say a trip to the dealer is in order (blub list should be in the OM)
