Rear quarter window weather stripping

Anyone have the rear quarter window weather stripping start to come up on the car? Can I glue it back down or do I have to replace it?
Only the top is coming up.

The top of the black piece has lifted up some. You can see the shadow casted on the glass.

I never miss a detail.
