Rear Hatch window distorted?

Hey all, anyone else notice if their hatch window is distorted? I have about a 3 inch band all the way across the center section... Top and bottom section is fine, just the middle. Looks like your viewing across a hot desert highway in the middle of summer..

Sounds like the laminate plastic layer has a ripple (manufacturing issue) had this in a Hyundai on the front window, could only notice it in some sunlight conditions, replaced under warranty.
