Rattle noise on cold start

Just curious if anyone else has had this issue. I have 22 GT 32k miles and when I first start the car up either in the morning or after a long sit I get a rattle noise from the passenger side and gets a little worse when I put the car into reverse. It goes away after I put the car in the drive and doesnt do it again until the car sits for a bit. Any ideas?

Heat shield? Im not a gt owner but i did have a metal to metal rattle for a bit on start up and reverse when cold. Nothing a little bend didn't fix on mine
