Something weird going on. I took a long road trip on Tuesday and had the phone plugged in to use Android Auto most of the way. I tried to switch over to the radio, and nothing happened when I hit the "RADIO" button, just stayed on Android Auto. When I unplugged the phone, it switched to the phone over Bluetooth, but still, nothing happened when I hit the radio button. Stopped at the rest stop, and when I got back in the car, the radio came on on the last station that I had on (SiriusXM station). Now though I couldn't change the station either by pressing the screen (audio displayed on the right side in split screen) and the switch on the steering wheel doesn't do anything. Additionally, the "MODE" button on the steering wheel does nothing. When I press the "MEDIA" button on the dash, the screen where I can select the media source pops up, but the only selectable choices are SiriusXM, Bluetooth, or Sounds of Nature. Pressing FM or AM does nothing, and still nothing from any hard button or switch to change.

I tried pushing the "RESET" button on the head unit to see if that would fix it, but nothing changed.

take it to a dealer, they won't be able to duplicate and you will be fine. that's how electronic gremlins are.
