Question on where to start

I have been reading the forum for a couple of weeks and can't figure out where to start. I would like to start upgrading things on the vehicle. Could anyone give some advice such as: Which to start with a chip, pipes, intake, oil catch, intercooler and so on. And which type would be best.

All you need to do is rip every Kia badge off and ceramic coat it. That will give you mad street cred on this forum.
