Quality Custom License Plate Frames?

I've seen a license plate frame that I rather adore, it's got a Star Wars font and it reads, "PUNCH IT, CHEWIE!"

But the quality is awful, even viewing a bad picture of it on the internet one can tell it's terrible. Bad font alignment, bad print quality. Essentially, a low-quality cash-grab item.

I'd like to find a shop that can make a quality frame, perhaps out of Carbon Fiber, and can either emboss or silkscreen or otherwise add vinyl lettering (Ideally some kind that won't scrub off / spray-off at the carwash or when I'm soaping her up) that says whatever I want it to say.

Does anyone know of a shop that does quality work like that? I'm fine even it's an etsy store, so long as they have a good reputation, good customer service, and don't charge a heinous price.

Any good local vinyl shop can do the lettering, and carbon fiber frames are pretty easy to come by and prolly be less than on you'll find online (plus you can get a real CF frame if that's the look you want - I did vinyl carbon fiber over the dealer plates on my last car... never lifted or peeled in 8+ years of Canadian winters, and countless washes

I saw that! Just wasn’t sure how to handle the lettering requirement, but there are some great sign shops nearby I could likely work with as @RedCal suggests.
