Power Outlet not working

I just picked up my Stinger yesterday and tried plugging in my radar detector but got no power. I tried the rear outlet too but it didn't work either. I'm assuming it's the fuse but don't know if there's a spare anywhere to use. It looks like it's one of those square brown fuses.
Any help would be appreciated.

i'd honestly check the manual. there are fuses in the back as well as under the hood. my gut says the ones in the passenger side of the hatch would have this fuse in there.
