"There is no set amount of posts or time to be automatically upgraded to have the ability to post links, images and start conversations. It's an algorithm based on several variables. As mentioned in the error message, it's a security feature to prevent people from signing up and posting links to malicious websites before anyone can report them and have them taken down. It's also to prevent some pretty ridiculous images that were getting posted when we first started. Everyone who signs up goes through this process. If you're planning on staying to participate in the community, do just that and before you know it, you'll have the ability to post links."
