Hello everyone, first post here so i am not sure if this is the right place for it. I drive a 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 AWD with 68,xxx miles. Currently have installed Injen Intakes, Borla cat back exhaust, jb4, w1 catch cans, HKS plugs gapped to .22. New to the platform and the vehicle was stock when purchased. Ran on map 2 for a good bit and decided to try e30 on map 3 and map 4 of the JB4. Since being on e30 the car runs great but I believe I am over boosting in 3rd gear or higher at higher RPM. I do not have the fuel wires installed currently, was not sure what they were at time of install, will be doing that soon after I purchase the pigtails. Under acceleration at higher RPM the car will what feels like stutter then start building 0 pounds of boost, As soon as you let off and get back into it the issue is gone till the next gear higher RPM. Feels like an over boost issue but i am not 100% sure. Looking for advice on things to check or look out for. Is it worth posting data logs without the fuel wires installed for the JB4? Also where would be best place to post data logs and will the JB4 need to be set up on what to log like the Cobb accessports need? Thanks all for any future advice or help!

Definitely get the fuel wires connected. I also assume you gapped the plugs to .022, not .22.
I doubt it is overboost, classic overboost will put the car in limp mode until you restart.
You can post the logs in The Ultimate Kia Stinger Tuning Forum section, but you probably can't post attachments until you get some more posts in the forum, that is a rule of the forum setup, to prevent spam.
To enable logging and get the best results, go into the jb4 app, under "App Settings" -> "Logging Settings" -> "WOT Logging Timeout (Seconds)" set to 10 seconds. In that same page, set "WOT Start Threshold (Pedal)" to 80% and turn on "Retain Log Grouping Setting".
Then do a WOT run on a flat open road (safely) from 30MPH to 80MPH.

Thanks for the reply! Will work on the fuel wire, are the pig tails worth it for the wire tap part? Haven't been driving car hard till I figure issue out but did a pull today to get more info and noticed that when it happens the Boost gauge will go straight to 0 and even though I am WOT the RPMs were not moving at all neither was my speed really. Any where else i can post logs till i have the ability too here on the forums?

When the problem happens and boost goes to 0, check the jb4 app or log to see what map you are on. If the jb4 detects a safety issue, it will drop to map 0 to protect the engine.
This will help determine if the ECU or jb4 or something else detected the issue.
Maybe if I DM you, you can reply back and attach the log there.
