Possible oil from BOV?

I had my hood open today and notice the passenger side BOV seem to have some oil or something on it by the discharge area. The driver side seem to have some as well just a lot less. These Blow off valves only have around 5k miles on them. I'm running a JB4 at around 22 psi, CPI kit, BMS intercooler and intakes, HKS plugs and BMS zero maintenance oil catch can.. Car has just over 10k miles, is this something I should be worried about?
