Hi fellow Stinger lovers,

Today I visited a private seller who had a 2020 Kia Stinger with only 3300KM on it.
I'm a total noob when it comes to buying cars but I've always wanted a Stinger so I brought some people with to check up on everything. Everything seems/seemed fine, great actually, and we came to an agreement after the test drive.

I don't have the car yet.
  1. This car was from Denmark. Now I was under the impression it had ECS but how can I officially check up on that if I'm buying it from a private individual (second hand)? This individual says the car has ECS because it has the driving modes, comfort, sport, sport+ and therefore LSD as well because it is one package in Denmark. But I don't think this is necessarily true. I think all cars have the drive modes. How do I check up on this?
  2. The VIN number has a "K" as the 10th letter which indicates 2019 instead of a 2020 model or am I incorrect here?
This is a huge amount of money for me and I saved up a long time for this beautiful beast, so naturally I'm very concerned about these things.

Greetings,
MK
