Are the dashboard center speakers installed on all models?
If not, is it only installed on 3.3 models?

It is on mine (Stinger GT 2018 3.3TT).

In Canada for 2018, the Stinger comes in GT and GT Limited (both 3.3TT). In 2019, Kia added the GT-Line (2.0T). All 3 cars are AWD (no RWD version available). Pretty sure it's out there, but just a reminder.

3.3 The GT car will have a center speaker.
But 2.0 cars have no speakers
Only plastic covers are often installed.
In Korea, 2.0 vehicles are mostly upgraded.
