Please help! Trunk will not close!

So i disconnected the battery in the trunk in an effort to reset my sunroof which will not move and stuck in tilt position. Left it off for 20 minutes or so and reconnected. Sunroof still wont move but now the trunk wont close. It makes the beeping sound like normal but it just doesnt move. Is there a way to manually close it ?

Nevermind. I just pushed it down by hand now its working like normal

yea still no sunroof action. fuse is fine.
