Does anyone else consistently have issues with their Pedal Commander? Mine is consistently throwing a check engine light auto start stop is disabled/malfunction, and when I read the check engine code, it’s showing low to no voltage signal for throttle position. And when I unplug it and disconnect it from the gas pedal, the car works beautifully. Maybe I just have a defective unit. I wonder if it just doesn’t “boot up” fast enough for the system check the vehicle does at every start up

Mine works great sounds like a defective unit

Mine works fine also, no issues at all.

Well I ended getting in touch with someone @ Pedal Commander and getting a RMA#. The unit was out of the two-year warranty so I had to pay shipping, $17 to cover it up to $300. Once received, they found that there was a bad connection or something faulty in one of the plugs so they fixed it or replaced it and charged me return shipping. Another $11. I will have to say that for me to pay $28 for a company to fix an out of warranty product for free, I’m ecstatic. And I was able to call and speak to someone about my unit. He explained what was wrong and that they fixed it and I just needed to pay return shipping. Good customer service truly doesn’t happen anymore these days. I’m supposed to receive it tomorrow. I’ll get it back on the car and let everybody know how it goes.
