Passenger mirror seal/boot

I accidentally broke the plastic boot that goes between the door panel and passenger mirror. I can't believe Kia doesn't sell the boot and you must buy the whole mirror assembly!

I'm going to try and make the gasket. Bought a rubber sheet on Amazon.

How did you break it?

Its made of plastic around the border with rubber material in the middle. The plastic border broke in half while removing the seal from the mirror.
