Paint warranty applies here?

So I bought my stinger used so I’m not sure if I’m even eligible for the paint warranty, but if so, does this look like something that may be covered? It seems there was some kind of contamination under the base coat or something because it’s painted and cleared just as the rest of the door. It’s like a pimple scar if I had to describe it lol. The little line is a spec of grass. I want to get a ceramic coating but I’ve been holding off because of this...

The warranty is for defects up to 36K miles or 36 months. You are within that most likely. Anyway, that does not look like a flaw as much as somebody's rather poor attempt at a touch up.

That's not covered. Previous owner must have tried to touch up a chip and did a poor job of it.
