Bad Orlando Kia West Damages Car

Purchased my car on 7/22/18 While driving it Monday 7/30 i had an issue with ISG system. Basically the car shutoff while I was stopped and it would not restart. It cranked for about 15- 20 seconds, I put the car in park waited with it off for a bit and then restarted it. I was a little concerned about this as I drive in Orlando Traffic.

I brought the car in on 7/31 with 600 miles and 29 MPG average, they told me they were going to drive it to try and replicate the issue so they were going to put some miles on it.

15 Days later i picked it up with over 1000 miles and an average MPG of 15, they had to install a flight recorder as they could not replicate the issue.

Upon picking it up I found two spots of damage.
1. The driver side door low near the body line had a large scratch down to metal.
2. The rear bumper around the driver side corner parking sensor was scratched by either rubbing a wall, or another car rubbing it.

They owned up to the damage and at first tried to buff out the rear bumper (did not work) and Paint Pen the Driver Door (Looked AWFUL as the paint was applied in a jaggy manner and was on top of existing paint, not in the scratch.)

They sent the car to a shop they normally use to do repairs, this shop did an excellent job on the door but did not fix the rear bumper.

I have had the car for 3 days since 8/13/18 because they cannot repair the rear bumper properly. This last time they "found" a scratch in the pocket for the rear passenger door handle, and claimed it must have been my family that did it during. Even though this scratch was not there the last time i dropped it off. At this point i didn't feel like arguing and letting them damage my car more so i said i would take care of it.

KIA Premium service has been of ZERO help with the issue and i have had a case open with them since the 16th. I have 4.5 Pages of notes typed in word at font size 11, to keep track of every interaction and failure of this incident.

At the current situation they are taking my car to a different shop on Tuesday to try and get them to complete the repair so it is at 100 percent. I am super regretting buying from this dealer and if I could I would not let anyone else buy there either.
 
Just an update for everyone i did finally get the car back repaired, they had a different shop do the work and it was much better!
