Am new to posting but just had my spark plugs replaced as per the manual at 70,000 klm by my trusted mechanic, though with no previous Stinger experience, who was surprised that they require replacing at that mileage but after pulling one confirmed that they s/b .He also confirmed how difficult it was to replace the one that other forum users indicated.
In changing the oil and filter at the last interval, he indicated that I had an oil leak but when I had the dealer check for it they said that there was none , that what we saw was probably oil from the filter replacement.. Not so ,at this oil change he has confirmed that there is an oil leak from the Timing cover ,which will be a major job to fix. Anyone have any problem with this?

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. :)

Howdy. Haven't heard of that issue before. But every vehicle is undiscovered country, with a gazillion parts. Thinking about it gives me palpitations. Hopefully your repair goes smoothly.

Try second dealer with a written statement from the outside source verifying his findings. Should not be an issue to power wash, inspect and conclude...either there’s oil, or there isn’t.
