[Ontario, Canada] 2019 incentives gone?

Right up until December, there were $5000 incentives on 2019s, presumably to get rid of the old inventory. What's strange though, is normally those incentives stay as long as the inventory does, but now the 2019s are back up to full msrp. What's up with that? Do they really think people will buy 2019s when there are brand new 2020s for basically the same price? Has anyone negotiated down to the original price with incentives? (about 45k cad).

It sucks because right as I decided to get one the incentives went away. Still, there are tons of 2019s around.

Maybe Kia stopped offering a lease program for 19 Stingers up there? Sales guy I talked to yesterday said some models already stopped lease support like for the Rio, Sorento, etc.
