Once I hit 110 with the jp4 I loose throttle

I had a question to see if this was happening with anyone else… I have been having an issue to where when I hit 110 mph I loose response in the gas pedal when I step on it, or even give it more than 25% throttle, I have to slowly get into speed and to fix it I have to pull over turn of the car and unplug and plug the jb4 plugs back in then it is back to normal… does anyone know what it could be ?
