Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. I've tried to scour the forum to see if anyone else had the issue, but saw nothing about it. Also for some background - I'm not traditionally super knowledgeable on cars, so apologize if any of the things I'm mentioning come off uninformed.
I bought a 2020 Kia Stinger GT with 40,000 miles a few months ago and generally love the car. That said, I seem to have a sound at low speeds that seems a little off. I can't quite tell what the sound exactly is - but I would call it a hum. Essentially, when I am accelerating in a neighborhood for example at low speeds (or pulling out of a drive thru line) - it sounds like the engine or transmission is struggling in some way. This is usually in 1st/2nd gear. Versus when I'm accelerating a little more intensely - I don't really notice any sort of sound. (I drive primarily in sport mode)

Does anyone else experience this? Is this just a normal aspect to the car? Again the best description I'd have for it is a hum, not quite high pitched but like it's "heavy breathing" or something. Thanks in advance, and if this sounds nuts - forgive me. I can try to record a video of the sound as well

Post your video somewhere and link here. Ima going to predict that we won't hear the "hum" at all unless it is pervasive. Does it vary with speed? Is it emanating from high or low, left or right? Does turning affect it? More details, is what I am saying.

Has your car got seat ventilation?

This operates a deep low sound when the seat fan is running. Noticeable at low speeds.

This switches on automatically with climate control under some conditions.
