• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Has anyone in Nova Scotia had the oil feed line recall done sucessfully at their dealer? If so can you flag which one? Also if you've had a negative experience with your dealer in NS that info would be valuable too. I'm worried to let my local dealer perform it with all the horror stories I've been hearing.

I had the fuse box recall done at Oregans KIA in Dartmouth, they seemed well organized and were prompt. Sales men were idiots and knew 0 about the stinger but the mechanics seemed ok. I bought mine at Kentville KIA but its a long drive for most stuff but I know the head mechanic there to be really good. Other than my tire and rim warranty done in truro I havent really dealt with the dealers. The owner of truro owns 3 stingers so I'm sure they have done at least 3..he told me that a few of his friends own one as well. He has a factory wrapped tribute in the showroom he is keeping as a keepsake...all the factory protection still on it.

Thanks for all that info! Shame the Truro location won't sell the Tribute, if it was available I'd drive over and make a deal to trade my 2018 GT in for it...

OH I asked....I was mesmerized by it. It was the matte color, the owner was very talkative about his stingers. I think his was number 750 and his friend got 749 or something close to those numbers. He said he really wanted the ascot green but none were available in Canada at all. They also had a brand new non tribute in the showroom but that was in Feb.
