3.3TT Noise after cold start

Just picked up my car from a local bodyshop from a bumper repaint and notice this sound when starting the car cold. Not sure what it is?

My guess also since its coming from the dashboard mostly. Is it safe to drive around like this? The earliest appointment I can find is not until next week. The noise went off after like 5 seconds.
