Couple gets $1.5K fine for parking in their driveway despite doing so for nearly 40 years

The city said there was a chance they could be grandfathered into being allowed to park in front of their house -- if they could find a historic photo showing a car (or horse-drawn buggy) parked there.

It's not enough. City officials need to go inside the house to make sure that couple isn't occupying too much space. If they are, which of course is the case, extra space needs to be presented to homeless drug addict. That will be only fair. Edit: Damn....i think after saying that i can run for the governor of CA.
