No more JB4! Two faulty JB4 boxes in a row?

Hi, i am about to give up on JB4. I am from Germany and last year i ordered a Jb4 and installed it. The very first test run ended in limb mode. I restarted the car and worked normal. A few days later again limb mode. Then it came up more often and weirder than before, with transmission issues and rough running engine. I deinstalled Jb4 and car runs perfect. So i contacted the local dealer here in Germany (tuningteile.de) which seems to be also the one and only importer of JB4, and ask them to change the box for a new one. So a few day later i installed a new JB4, which was different from the first, because it had a 2-wire connection to the obd2 port. The first test drive ended in limb mode within a few hundred meters of just cruising. After removing the car again runs perfect. So i cant believe i got 2 faulty jb4 boxes in a row. I have no idea why they are not working with my car. Any ideas? Box had bluetooth and fuel wires. It is a german 2019 Stinger AWD with 30k kilometers.Limb mode was always the same: every single light in the dashboard was on and sometimes the car shut off itself. All never ever happens without the jb4.
