No Device Found

JB4 removed for 1 day. On reinstall the app would not connect to the JB4, no handshake, just comes up with Device Not Found.

Reset the phone (iPhone X), cleared the Bluetooth device in the JB4 app but can’t get it to connect.

Anyone have any tips?

Contacted support email for JB4, very fast response and I’m on the other side of the world. Impressive.

Clearly they have some voodoo as before they emailed I got in car and it connected and did the handshake straight away.

It’s now working.
