Got great insurance when I purchased my 2020 Kia stinger GT1… a friend of mine, drove the vehicle got a little too close to a curb and scratch the rim and tires insurance covered it… sales person told me the nitto’s Motivo had a great warranty, and are a great tire…60,000 Warranty I can test them out…. I don’t really drive a lot. Keep in mind I purchased my car brand new I have less than 4500 miles Driven….the sales person told me the Nitto Had a Warranty like Discount tire I can try it them for 30 days and if I don’t like them, I can exchange them or get a refund what a crock…the second I hit the street I told the sales person they feel horrible vibration galore and very loud. I had 4300 miles on the car at that point sales person beg me to drive for a little longer and I’ll see the difference… I put 200 miles and I just don’t like these tires. They don’t feel right is the only way I can describe it …they feel sloppy Especially when I’m coming out of a turn … customer service has been atrocious and I was even told they were not great tires buy their own sales rep on the phone. He told me I should have gotten Michelin’s or continentals…. I just ordered a brand new set of Michelin pilots all season four and I’m going to trash the nitto’s…I just don’t trust them. I love how the sales rep told me that the tire tread was below seven which void the warranty and I don’t even have 200 miles on the vehicle You could still see the nippling all around the tire, I would not recommend Nitto’s the customer service, and the tires suck…
