New Member 2021 Stinger GT

Hi, I’m in Sydney Australia. I bought a black GT new in March 2021 just turned 20000 km . No complaints except the brake vibration was starting to annoy me. Have seen the discussion, definitely a pad/disc issue. A couple of hard stops only works for a little while. Confirmed with the dealer that they’ll just replace pads and discs with the same. Discussed with a performance brake expert. Was going to replace pads only and resurface discs ( both are very little worn) However decide to bite the billet and replace both. Used DBA 4000 slotted rotors and DBA street performance green pads. They feel very nice on bed in. A bit grippier than std. I expect more dust but no squeals or noise at the moment. Will report back on brake vibration after 5000km or so. That was when the std set started vibrating.

Welcome to the hive! I did the same DBA rotors as well, the stock pads are the problem, but I think you will be very happy with the whole package.
