Hi, guys! First timer here.
But getting straight to the point! Saturday morning I got a code from my JB4 which read P0303. A misfire from cylinder 3. As you would suspect the car was running a little rough. Ordered some Denso spark plugs recommended on the JB4 forums for the 2.0 to test out as the HKS that I was running are a little pricey. Pulled out spark plug from cylinder 3 and it was burnt on top. The other 3 looked normal with the white tip still colored. I proceeded to change all of them and also checked the coils while I was at it. Now the car turns on perfect and runs nice but now it’s running hotter. Could it be a coincidence that some of the fluids are just low or is it still something related to the spark plugs?
