Need some suggestions for new tires - GT1 w/ 225/45r18. Also can i bump up to a 91W speed rating?

I currently have the 225/45R18 95V Bridgestone Potenza's on the front and rear right now. Any good suggestions for good tires that are around $180-200ea?

Also does it matter if i bumped up to 91W speed rating?

GT1 comes with staggered setup on 19x8 front and 19x8.5 rear. How you end up with square 225/45R18? What wheels are they mounted on?
