Need help identifying usb cable

I picked up a new to me 2019 GT2 today. There is a USB A hanging from the very corner of the passenger side dash, directly below the glove box.

I figured it was a JB4 when I test drove it, but there is no tuner I can find installed. I took the gloclve box out and the cable juat gets lost up in the dash.

Any one have any idea as to what this would be?

Maybe used for dashcam power. Looks like the right amount of usb cable coiled to reach the center console where the cigarette adapter is. You sure it doesn't ride up along the A pillar and the other end isn't tucked above the headliner near the top of the passenger side window?
