Never ever had this happen with any of the many cars I've had with navigation ... I entered a destination this morning - a place across town I'd never been to before - and went there with no issues. But when I started to leave, the nav wouldn't stop showing that destination and that address at the bottom of the screen, and didn't show me moving on-screen.

I tried entering another destination and it told me the previous route was still "active" and wouldn't take the new one. I tried canceling the original route and it didn't change things. When I finally got a chance I stopped the car, turned it off and back on again to reboot the nav, and it didn't help.

I just went back to the car after letting it sit for a half hour and it finally "unlocked" itself and started showing my current location again. :cautious:

Wonder what THAT means? This is still a memory card system if I recall correctly, so I guess it's not a hard drive issue ...

I had a singular NAV fubar months ago, not specific to what you are describing. And I've had my Bluetooth disconnect from my cellphone, once. I consider that lack of "incidents" an amazingly unlooked for thing! There's so much tech going on I wouldn't be surprised if something glitchy occurred practically every day.
