i have a 2022 Stinger GT1, suddenly the music / calls / multimedia don't have any sound it is like its all muted. however the speakers are working still ! but if you connect bluetooth / apple car play or start the radio no matter the source i cant hear anything. i tried switching off and on the premium sound effect in settings and active sound feature but didnt work. i also tried to update the system. still didnt work out. i switched the user and it worked for a bit then again it stopped. please any suggestion what could be this issue ? is it possible could be a fuse or anything like that ? thanks !

You said it worked when you switched User so it won't be a fuse but even if it was a fuse that would point to something else that has failed. Fuses to do not rupture by themselves. I know it's a hard thing to do but when you have a problem like that put it straight into a dealership. That is what the new car warranty is for even to the next owner. The more you play with it and changing software the more unlikely it is Kia will fix it for free.

There is a small embedded pinhole button to reset the headunit. Try that first. Location should be in the manual. Its near the airbag lights.
