Missfire problems with tork tune

So I have this tune on for 12000 miles it is stage 1 with matching tcu tune 18 psi targeted tune and have had the hks spark plugs gaped at .22 all the sudden on the highway at 70 mph at wot the car missed fired bad popping sounds coming from the passenger side car out of the exhaust. The car would come out of it but feel a loss of power driving normally no signs of misfire but go wot it misfires I finally got a cel on cylinder 5 I whent ahead and replaced all 6 plugs with hks gaped at .22 one plug was green on top and rust on bottom white part of the plug the electrode was black a little. Drove the car the power is lacking feel a slight miss but better no cel will come on the car has lost so much power any thoughts the car is 21 stinger gt awd with the new updated coil packs and I did replace the coil on cylinder 5 and the 1 with the bad plug
