This may be a dumb question. But my GT has the Pilot Sport 4 tires. I blew one and need to replace it, but all I see now are the 4S tires. Does it matter that one is different? I imagine the 4S just replaced the 4.

There shouldn't be a problem as long as the older tires are still showing plenty of tread. Even if not, I think that you'd just replace both tires at that end together. It's okay to run PS4 and PS4S together. I did a c. 4K miles road trip to Atlanta with worn PS4 on the front and brand new PS4S on the rear. The car handled fine. When I got back, I replaced the front tires, which the last 4K miles had done in. :P

If you only switch out 1, you are probably gonna feel a difference in certain moments as the tread differs between models. If you switch out both from the axel where you blew the 1, you probably wont feel a difference. I'm currently running P Zeros front & rear but their actually a different P zero model and haven't felt anything at 140mph+ too.

And just to clarify: 4s did not replace the 4. 4s replaced the pilot super sport as the main high performance tire (sport cup 2 being ultra high performance) and the 4 replaced the 3, which are still sporty but more orientated for longetivity rather than high speed performance, as in most cases when it comes to tires, it means higher performance=lower longetivity.
