So today I decided to run map 6 and pretty much have them at default settings. I was driving normal then when wanting to pass up some traffic felt a hesitation and the car turns off. Don’t know what went wrong since I have been driving on map 6 all day and had no problems. Pulled over no codes or nothing and car would not turn on until I set it back to map 0. Anyways here’s a log I made earlier in the day to make sure everything looked good.

Running G80 Sport with injen intakes, step 1 denso plugs

6 gal of E85 14 gal of 91 for E30 mix

Hard to tell what the hesitation is without the log when it happened. The log you posted looks fine on low boost and don't really see any issues.

My guess is your hesitation was on tip in throttle when trying to speed up and the fuel trims climbed to high and closed throttle.

When I was passing up the car I didn’t even go WOT. Just a little throttle then felt as if the transmission just shifting hard and I was just coasting with the car stalled. This has happened to me before but last time I at least got check engine light and went into limp mode didn’t turn off on me. Every since then I replaced the masterchip in the JB4 and have not had problems since. This time the lights on the dashboard we’re on like oil pressure, battery, and CEL but only because the car was on the ignition ON position because it stalled. I’m thinking maybe I pumped too much E85 after using an ethanol mix calculator 6 gal e85 and 14 gal unleaded gas create an E33 mixture perhaps fuel pump crashed? But also I wasn’t even at a quarter throttle when it happened so would it even crash? Anyways every since then cars running good so we’ll see maybe I should invest in the flex fuel it sensor to avoid stuff like stuff.

Not anything I've heard before, don't see how it could be related to any JB4 map. Maybe if OBDII cable was loose and JB4 did a hard reboot with you driving it could stall the engine out until it restarted a second later?
